Save the date for a one-day ladies conference Seeking Him to be held on January 18th from 9am-4pm here at New Hope. The cost will be $15.00 for pre-registration and $20.00 at the door. Lunch and materials will be included. We will hear from speakers Mary Kassian, Bob Bakke, Dannah Gresh, Susan Hunt, Kelly Needham, Andrea Griffith, and Damaris Carbaugh. We will not be providing childcare. Registration opens up on December 1st, 2019. We look forward to a time of restoration, revival, and worship with all of you. Keep an eye out for more details as we get closer but save the date now! All ladies are welcome to attend!
Camp Pinewood is hosting a craft fair on November 22nd-23rd as a fundraiser for camp. There will be crafts, food, music, gift wrapping, and kids’ activities. The event will be held at Meridian First Baptist from 9am-4pm each day. They are currently seeking vendors and crafters for the fair. If you would like to participate please contact Lauren at 208-634-5589. New Hope partners with Camp Pinewood to send kids to summer camps each summer. Camp Pinewood is located in the beautiful town of McCall, Idaho, and ministers to hundreds of children each year.
Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse, an international relief organization. Their mission is to provide local agencies around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys, hygiene items, and school supplies as a means of reaching out in their own communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ. We ship these simple gifts outside the United States to children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster, famine, and disease; and to children living on Native American reservations in the U.S. You can participate by picking up a box here at New Hope, fill it up and return it to our church between November 18th-25th. Directions, boxes and all the details are available in the foyer. Besides our regular office hours which are from 10am-2pm Tuesday through Friday, you are welcome to drop off boxes during the following extended hours as well:

- Wednesday, November 20th – 6pm-8pm
- Thursday, November 21st – 4pm-6:30pm

All seniors are invited to join Pastor Jim here at New Hope on Tuesday afternoons for Bible Study. This group meets here at the church at 2pm each Tuesday beginning on September 10th. We encourage all of our seniors to be a part of the blessing that comes from meeting together for encouragement, prayer, and fruitful time in God’s Word.
Ric Guajardo will be leading the Adult Sunday School Class to begin on September 8th at 10:45am in Room #203. The class will be on Jesus’ Model for Discipleship. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Awana began on Wednesday, September 4th, 2019. Awana is a fun, interactive way for kids to memorize God’s Word and to be encouraged in their faith. Awana builds spiritual character and a love for the Bible. New Hope is looking forward to seeing your kids on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm throughout the school year. Awana is provided for kids ages 3 through the 6th grade. The cost for Awana is $40.00 per child with a $100.00 family maximum. This fee will cover the costs of their books, vests, shirts, and snacks. Our online registration is now closed but your kids are welcome to join in anytime. If you would like to register, please come a few minutes early on a Wednesday night and we will get you registered.
